### Project Description

I-MANIFEST is a brand created by a black female entrepreneur who strives to be that motivating positive force that everyone needs in their life. We move passionately, with the goal of inspiring others to become more intuitive with manifesting positive change in their lives. I-MANIFEST focuses more specifically on individuals within minority communities, where mental wellness is not properly taught. We strive to help individuals in these communities become more comfortable with addressing mental issues like anxiety, stress, and depression and provide tips and factual informative guidance to positive mental wellness. I-MANIFEST plans to use funding for obtaining higher credentials in Mental wellness life coaching to provide better guidance, opening up a black-owned yoga studio, and purchasing inventory (yoga mats, planners, T-shirt’s & more)

- **How long have you been a Wellness life coach?**  
  I have just recently started my journey in December of 2020, however I have great educational background and knowledge on what I coach.

- **How much are your services?**  
  I charge for 3 months of life coaching at the price of $30 a week. A weekly planner is included for clients to keep track of their goals and accomplishments.  
  I offer free meditation and yoga classes as of now.

- **Why do you want to open a yoga studio?**  
  Meditation and yoga helped me and still helps me significantly with maintaining a positive mental wellness state and to cope with things such as depression and anxiety. By offering a place where individuals can go and practice these things I have a greater opportunity to provide hands-on learning with yoga and meditation.
