### Project Description

- The mission of LaCour Health is to make our clients feel like part of the family as we provide quality home care and assistance.
- The problem I am solving is how care is provided. It is more than just meeting a need. It is providing quality and passion and a nurturing environment.
- The size for global home healthcare market was estimated as USD 281.10 billion and is projected to reach USD 454.34 billion by 2026, growing at 7.10% from 2019 to 2026.
- We want to staff those who are not only qualified but have a true passion for what they do, and those who do not see this profession as just a good career option but a calling and respect for life.
- I am seeking funding to assist with startup costs (state fees, policies, classes), employee classes to ensure success, employee payments, and any necessary equipment that may be needed.
- As of now, my team consists of Cynethia McKinney, Cynthia Peterson, and myself.
